today went to jog with simin n jian xiang,we went to jog around the sch.jian xiang jog 8 ROUNDS.i jog 6 rounds n simin jog 5 rounds.i think i got improve my stamina cause i can round 1 full round without walking.after the run i n simin went to tmart to buy some things.wish jian xiang all the best for his 10 rounds run on this sat or sun.:)Y.Shouting ends here.
